PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding case with which a boxlike case with a label can be easily manufactured, and a method of manufacturing the boxlike case with the label. SOLUTION: The boxlike case consists of the folding case folded flat, and the label 1a is stuck so that part of the label 1a protrudes from the boxlike case when the folding case is set up into a box. The manufacturing method of the folding case consisting of the boxlike case folded flat with the label having the label 1a stuck to the external surface includes steps of folding a developed sheet 11 formed by cutting a plastic sheet 10 into an outline of the development elevation of the boxlike case, gluing to form the folding case folded into a flat parallelopiped, and sticking the label 1a to a part of the plastic sheet 10 to be the external surface of the boxlike case, a part of the developed sheet 11 to be the external surface of the boxlike case, or a part of the folding case to be the external surface of the boxlike case.
