PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a connecting part of a screw groove and a deflector return groove constructing a ball screw device from having a step, to prevent noise and vibration due to the ball getting caught at the connecting part, and to secure stability of transmitting of the ball. SOLUTION: In the method of the deflector 30 being inserted into the nut screw 20, the step is removed so that the groove cross section of the screw groove 21 of the nut screw 20 and the the groove cross section of the return groove 31 of the deflector 30 connect smoothly at the connecting part.
