PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly and securely mount a part to a mounted object and simultaneously to easily make it possible to remove the part from the mounted object without causing abrasion and failure by applying forcible force on each portion of structure. SOLUTION: The structure includes a boss 4 protrusively provided on back side of the part 3 and a clip body 2 which is equipped on a body panel 1 and in which the boss 4 is inserted. The structure also includes an elastic piece 26 on the clip body 2 and is formed with a hook portion 26a on an intermediate portion of the elastic piece 26. An engaging portion 4c of the boss 4 is hooked on the hook portion 26a. In addition, the structure is further formed on the part 3 with an operational hole 3a facing the elastic piece 26 from its front surface side and is configured able to spread the elastic piece 26 via the operational hole 3a. The structure is configured so that engaging state between the hook portion 26a and the engaging portion 4c is released by the spreading operation of the elastic piece 26. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
