PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize rotating condition of a roller and reduce torque by reducing frictional resistance when needle rollers interfere with side walls. SOLUTION: In this cam follower 2, the roller 5 is rotatably attached via a plurality of needle rollers 6 to an outer diameter of a support shaft 4 installed between the pair of side walls 3a, 3b of a body 3. In the cam follower 2, each of end faces 6a, 6b of each of the needle rollers 6 has an curved shape whose contact area to one of the side walls 3a (3b) is almost unchanged compared with normal state even at skewing of the needle roller 6. Accordingly, at the skewing of the needle rollers 6, the frictional resistance of the one end face 6a (6b) of the needle rollers 6 to the side wall 3a (3b) is reduced compared with conventional art.
