PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a transmission, having a wide water spray range and improved cooling efficiency when cooling a transmission case in a wide range during durability test of the transmission, allowing easy adjustment of the water spray range, easily preventing the splash of cooling water on portions of an oil seal and a breather to be prevented from being splashed and avoiding contamination on surroundings. SOLUTION: A water spray pipe for the cooling device is formed of a flexible metal pipe having a plurality of cooling water jetting holes in the surface.
