PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonwoven fabric sheet which is readily processed and has excellent stretchability, flexibility, wearability, etc. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric sheet having a partially formed wavy unevenness is a material which is readily processed and has excellent stretchability, flexibility, wearability, etc. The nonwoven fabric sheet has 2-30mm height of the wavy unevenness, 2-50mm wavelength, 50-300mm length of wavy unevenness formation part, 0.3-20mm length of wavy unevenness nonformation part and 10-200g/m<SP>2</SP>weight. The resin forming the nonwoven fabric sheet is a polyolefin-based resin. The method for producing the nonwoven fabric sheet comprises forming the wavy unevenness on the nonwoven fabric by drawing the nonwoven fabric by using a pair of gear rolls, then nipping the nonwoven fabric by emboss rolls and partially eliminating the wavy unevenness. The method for producing the wavy unevenness comprises partially forming the wavy unevenness on the nonwoven fabric by using a gear roll provided with a plurality of tooth areas having a plurality of arranged teeth and with a plurality of gear teeth-free groove areas as at least one gear roll among a pair of the rolls. The gear pitch of the gear roll is 1-25mm and the degree of gear engagement is 2-30mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
