PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting to string a braided rope which can be easily attached to any part with narrow space such as inside a cupboard door glass with wooden frame, by using the braided rope instead of a rod used previously for hanging a curtain for ornamental purposes. SOLUTION: The invention is characterized in that the braided rope 5 is strung instead of using a rod. To string the braided rope 5, the metal fitting is provided with a tip part 1 to penetrate through, and a braided rope holding part 3 of wave shape to prevent from falling through with a slanting reinforcement part 4 being bent in U-shape by integrally molding with a base 7.
