PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore the counting result dissipated in a hall computer and to transmit the counting result from a counter to the hall computer only in the case of maintenance for the counter. SOLUTION: When a maintenance mode switch 45-11 of a re-feed control means 45 is turned on, a switching signal indicating "0" is transmitted from a mode switching part 45-1 to a re-feed means 44. While the switching signal showing "0" is received, when a re-feed instruction is received from the outside in the re-feed means 44, the counting result is taken out from a storage means 42, sent to an output means 43, and further transmitted to the hall computer 42. When the maintenance mode switch 45-11 is opened, a switching signal showing "1" is set to the re-feed means 44.
