PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type fishing gadget-winder reducing the troublesome winding up of the fishing gadget and line troubles, and realizing a smooth winding up. SOLUTION: This rotary type fishing gadget-winder is provided by installing a gadget winder capable of performing the rotary winding up on an easily held base part and performing the saving of rotation and mounting on a fishing rod by using a rubber ring.
