APPARATUS FOR REMOVING LIQUID PHASE FOREIGN MATERIALS ON SURFACE OF BLADES USING VIBRATION ROLLS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing liquid phase foreign materials on the surface of blades using vibration rolls is stabilize quality of cold rolled product by completely removing the liquid phase foreign materials stuck to the surface of the blades, thereby suppressing secondary contamination of roll. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for effectively removing foreign materials(310) from the surface of blades for removing the foreign materials on the surface of a roll(300) used in the cold rolling process, the apparatus(1) comprises a moving part(10) comprising rails(5) longitudinally movably installed in an upper part of a roll(300) from the surface of which the foreign materials are removed, and a guide installed on the rails in such a manner that the guide is moved by motor; a blade part comprising upper and lower blade members connected to the guide of the moving part so that the upper and lower blade members are contacted with the surface of the roll, wherein a suction hose(32a) is connected to the lower blade member from a suction pump(32), and an air injection hose(34a) is connected to the lower blade member from an air pump(34) so as to suck in the foreign materials on the roll; and a vibration generating part comprising a pair of vibration rolls and motor installed inside a case of the blade part, wherein the vibration rolls give vibration to a cylinder for lowering and lifting the lower blade member so that collected foreign materials are smoothly discharged to a side of the suction pump.
