<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition preventing rot and oxidation of a composition containing β-1, 3-1, 6-glucan in preserving, improving antioxidative property, antiallergic property and the like and suitable for drinks. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains β-1, 3-1, 6-glucan and a polyphenol extracted from apple, especially, contains β-1, 3-1, 6-glucan obtained by cultivating a microbe belonging to genus Aureobasidium and polyphenol extracted from unripe fruits of the apple. The composition is useful as a drink, especially as a health drink, wherein vitamin C is preferably added to the drink to be pH4 to pH6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
