<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically totalize and manage the number of printed sheets of a communication terminal device, having printing function, for use by each customer, and allow each terminal device to surely inform the customer that the number of printed sheets is totalized. <P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 1, having printing function and transmitting information about the number of printed sheets to a totalizing apparatus 5 via a communication line, is provided with a printed sheet number storage section 13a for storing information about the number of printed sheets; a model storage section 13b for storing a predetermined format used for writing the information about the number of printed sheets; and a control means for writing the transmitted information about the number of printed sheets into the predetermined format of the section 13b, using the fact that the information about the number of printed sheets is transmitted to the section 5 as a trigger, and printing out the information as a written notice report. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
