PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of unevenness in speed, even if a ground primary distribution method which conducts driving in an open loop is used, by grasping the relation between the position of a secondary car and acceleration. SOLUTION: In a dispersed LSM conveyance system, which conducts driving by distributing a primary stator 1, a secondary car 2 runs, while being accelerated and decelerated, distributed by a plurality of primary side stators 1. In a section A1, from the timing that the secondary car 2 enters the primary stator 1 until both completely face each other, a command of an accelerationα, which changes in proportion with a change in a position x of the secondary car 2 is given. In a section A2, until the secondary car 2 reaches the output terminal of the primary stator 1, the command of the constant accelerationα1 is given. In a section A3, in which there is no primary stator 1, the secondary car 2 decreases in its accelerationα, while running with inertia.
