H-SHAPE STEEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide H-shape steel of a new shape easily machined in a hot rolling process and enhanced in sticking performance to concrete. SOLUTION: This H-shape steel is formed with a large number of recesses 110 repeated in the longitudinal direction of steel at a corner on the inner surface 103 side of the tip of each of four flanges 101, and adjacent projecting parts 111 on the flange inner surface 103 side adjacent to the recesses 110. The H-shape steel is further provided with L-shaped projections formed in a right-angled direction to an axis at a fillet from a web to the flange and arranged intermittently in the axial direction together with the large number of recesses.
