<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant extract-containing salt containing minute ingredients useful for human bodies and capable of obtaining various delicious taste and pharmacodynamic effects responding to kinds of materials to be extracted and to provide a method for producing a plant extract-containing brine, a method for producing the plant extract-containing salt and a method for producing plant extract-containing bittern and to provide an apparatus for producing the plant extract-containing brine. <P>SOLUTION: The plant extract-containing salt comprises a plant extract extracted from the material to be extracted and the material to be extracted comprises one or a plurality of kinds of roots, leaves, flowers, fruits and sclerotia of plants such as bamboo, bamboo grass, loquat, persimmon, Houttuynia cordata Thunberg, Aloe ferox Miller and mugwort and the content of magnesium as a metal content in a salt is 0.6-5 wt.%, preferably 1.3-3.1 wt.% and the content of calcium is 0.3-4 wt.%, preferably 0.8-1.7 and the content of potassium is 0.4-13 wt.%, preferably 1-11 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
