<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a momentary increase of current consumption and source voltage variation due to switching of a data signal when data are outputted to an external data bus. <P>SOLUTION: When a latch data bus signal 20i on an internal bus line is outputted as the output data 40i on the external data bus line, an output data control circuit 3 compares a bit-to-bit an external data bus signal 50i present on the external data bus line right before that, with the latch data bus signal 20i to invert data and generate a data inversion signal 13 indicating the data inversion when the data have a majority of bits changed. The inverted data and data inversion signal 13 are outputted to the outside to reduce momentarily large current consumption and noise due to source voltage variation due to data switching at the time of data output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
