PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold molding resin sheet capable of obtaining a cold molded product having shape retention properties fixed to a resin container, dispensing with a heater, enabling high speed continuous molding and especially molding a cold molded article excellent in impact resistance. SOLUTION: The resin sheet is used for manufacturing the cold molded article fixed to a resin molded article and the cold molded article formed from the resin sheet has shape retention. The resin sheet contains a polystyrenic resin and has a substrate layer or a substrate layer having a function layer laminated to both surfaces or one surface thereof. As function layer, a sealant layer, an antistatic layer, a printing layer, a barrier layer or the like are preferably provided. The peel strength between the resin molded article and the cold molded article is 6-20 N/15 mm width in a 180°peel test and the peel strength between the substrate layer and the sealant layer is preferably 3N/15 mm width or more.
