PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate information on events related to traffic, and to collectively display occurrence circumstances of a plurality of events on map data. SOLUTION: An event information integration device 5 receives, as event information, event attribution information (event occurrence position and event kind) and event time information (event start time and event end time) from a road manager server 2a and so forth, selects the event attribution information to be distributed to a car navigation device 10 based on the event time information, classifies the event attribution information selected based on the event occurrence position, for each sectional area of the map data, groups the classified event attribution information for a common sectional area, and transmits the grouped event attribution information to the car navigation device 10 through a broadcast sending out center 6. The car navigation device 10 collectively displays the occurrence circumstances of the plurality of events on the map data based on the grouped event attribution information.
