PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm an outline of information on a guide route to the destination, and to easily change the guide route according to a preference of a user. SOLUTION: A control part 16 searches for the guide route to the set destination, and plainly displays it, for each kind of road constituting the searched guide route, using a straight line having a proportion of the distance to that of the total route, where the horizontal axis is the distance to the destination and the vertical axis is the kind of road. When the user operates an operational part 17 to select a road kind switching point in the guide route information plainly displayed, route changeable points around the selected road kind switching point are displayed on a sub-screen SDSP. When one is selected and indicated among the route changeable points displayed on the sub-screen SDSP, the control part 16 re-searches for the route from the indicated point to the destination, and newly displays the route information on the total guide route.
