PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems due to electric power transmitted with a signal formed in turning on/off when electrical equipment for a bicycle is driven. SOLUTION: A control device 11 is provided with a first control part 35 and an electric power stabilizing circuit 57. The first control part 35 generates a control signal to be given to a crystal display part 56 by turning on/off the electric power to output it via a second control part 45 and a third control part 55. The power stabilizing circuit 57 is arranged between a backlight 58 and the third control part 55 for stabilizing the outputted electric power and feeding it to the backlight 58.
