<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home oxygen therapy support method, and a home medical care support method allowing a patient receiving home oxygen therapy to receive appropriate caregiving service/medical service and concentrate on medical treatment while resolving problems from a medical aspect and a livelihood aspect. <P>SOLUTION: When preparing to start the home oxygen therapy by installing an oxygen condenser 8a in a patient home 8, an office employee 9b carrying out installation work calls up question items from a server device 3a by using a mobile telephone 9a, and asks questions to the patient 8b.
