METHOD FOR MAKING PICKLED PLUM AND PICKLED PEACH EATABLE INCLUDING SEED, PICKLED PLUM AND PICKLED PEACH MADE BY THE METHOD, FRUIT WINE MADE FROM FRUIT EATABLE INCLUDING SEED, FRUIT OF THE FRUIT WINE, AND PICKLED FRUIT WITH SALT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pickled plums and pickled peaches eatable including seeds by harvesting plums and peaches in a season when a person can bite the plums and the peaches by his/her teeth.

SOLUTION: The method for making the pickled plums comprises a process of harvesting plums in the season when it is possible to pierce the stones of plums with a toothpick, a process of removing calyxes from the harvested plums, a process of washing the preliminarily treated plums followed by soaking the plums in water for one night to remove the harshness, a process of pickling the plums removed harshness therefrom with salt so as to make plum vinegar, a process of adding completely salted perilla with removed harshness to the plums pickled with salt, a process of giving summer airing to the plums and perilla completely salted and soaked in the plum vinegar and a process of soaking the plums and perilla given with summer airing in the plum vinegar.
