PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a balance of an operation speed of a combination balance and a transfer speed of a feeder only using a function of the combination balance. SOLUTION: A standard feeding amount per unit time of the feeding conveyer 10 is determined based on the amount of the article fed from a feeding conveyer 10 to the combination balance during operation within a predetermined time. An actual feeding amount per unit time of the feeding conveyer 10 in the operation time of the combination balance is determined. Feeding of the feeding conveyer 10 is controlled so as to coincide the actual feeding amount with the standard feeding amount. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
