PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by taking a bundle of trolley wires out of a winding drum easily. SOLUTION: The winding drum 20 is constituted by combining two drums 22 in which a barrel part 21 has a tapered tip. Each drum 22 moves freely in the axial direction, and mutual barrel parts 21 come into contact when winding the trolley wire to realize a winding condition in which the drums 22 are integrated. When winding the trolley wire, each drum 22 moves in the opposite direction to each other to realize a take-out condition in which the barrel parts 21 are separated from each other. The bundle of the trolley wires slides and drops along a tapered shape of the barrel part 21 and is removed from the winding drum 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
