PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement constructing method which eliminates labor of laying and removing a curing sheet, dispenses with washing of a pressurizing means with a solvent, is good in workability, and carried out in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The pavement constructing method relates to construction of glass cullet pavement having a surface layer C which contains glass cullet aggregate G and a synthetic resin material R bonding the aggregate together. The method is comprised of a paving material laying-leveling step, a sheet laying step, and a paving material compacting step. In the laying-leveling step, the glass cullet and the acrylic resin material are kneaded, and the resultant paving material is laid and leveled on a roadbed B. In the sheet laying step, a water-soluble synthetic resin sheet material D is laid on the surface of a paving material layer C which is laid and leveled on the roadbed. In the paving material compacting step, the paving material laid and leveled on the roadbed is pressurized from above the synthetic resin sheet material by the predetermined pressurizing means, to thereby compact the paving material.
