PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction work control device for supplying a high quality ground improver to a mixing agitating device by continuously and efficiently making the ground improver in a ground improvement in polluted soil and weak soil. SOLUTION: This construction work control device of a mixing agitating construction method of the polluted soil and the weak ground is provided with a means for detecting an input quantity or a delivery quantity of a main agent filled in a main agent silo and a means for detecting an inflow quantity or a delivery quantity of an admixture of water or liquid filled in a tank, and has a mixer for mixing and agitating the main agent and the admixture of water or liquid, and is characterized by supplying the high quality ground improver to the mixing agitating device by continuously and efficiently making the ground improver by accurately setting the blending ratio of the main agent to the admixture of water or liquid inputted to the mixer on the basis of data of the respective detecting means.
