PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing tray which alleviates an upward shock without using a partition. SOLUTION: An item packaging tray 11 is a plastic tray manufactured by sheet molding. Protrusions 20a and 20b for preventing a camera body 4 from moving upward are provided on two opposite inner wall surfaces of a body storage section 20 of the tray 11. In addition, protrusions 23a and 23b for preventing an accessory AC adaptor 26 from moving upward are provided on two opposite inner wall surfaces of an accessory storage section 23. Sidewalls are further formed along the outer periphery of the upper surface of the storage sections 20 and 23, and a booklet storage section 24 for putting an instruction manual 9 is provided.
