PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the satisfaction of a driver by giving a sporty feeling to the driver, and to improve safety as much as possible when limiting the front visibility of the driver by providing an liquid crystal shielding member 1 on a windshield of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A vehicle speed sensor 21 to detect the vehicle traveling speed is provided, and as the vehicle traveling speed detected by the vehicle speed sensor 21 is increased, the limit level of the front visibility by the liquid crystal shielding member 1 is heightened.
