PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for mixing a granular material by circulating pellets 9 having different component blending ratio in a hopper 1 to an upper part of the hopper 1 to a state in which the entirety has a uniform pellet ratio distribution. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for mixing the pellets 9 having the different component blending ratio in the hopper 1 by circulating the pellets 9 to the hopper 1 and existing the pellets 9 in mixture, a suction tube 4 projected obliquely upward to a lower part of the hopper 1 in a double tube structure by surrounding with an air jet tube 10, the air spouted in a cylindrical state from the tube 10 into the hopper 1 can be sucked to the tube 4, the pellets 9 in the hopper 1 are entrained and sucked out.
