PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a conventional problem that a design having brightness corresponding to that of metal vapor deposition is obtained by printing high brightness ink on a thermoplastic resin film only by directly applying printing on a biaxially stretched PET film and, if the design having brightness corresponding to that of metal vapor deposition is obtained, adhesion of the design is bad and only a pattern part having a small area such as a character or a mark becoming no problem even if adhesion is low is usable and there is a considerable restriction from a design aspect. SOLUTION: A decorative film is constituted by forming an anchor layer comprising a thermosetting resin having solvent resistance and good adhesion as a substrate prior to forming a high brightness ink layer. As the material of the anchor layer, a thermosetting epoxy resin or urethane resin is selected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
