PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring tool for deburring workpieces, with which to cut the workpiece more than necessary with a tool edge is prevented. SOLUTION: This tool 11 is composed of a holding part 12 and a work part 13. The holding part 12 and the work part 13 are integrally formed of a rod in the axial direction of the tool 11. The work part 13 comprises a plurality of regulation surfaces 17 formed at a proper interval as uncut parts of a desired width, and a plurality of grooves 15 formed between the regulation surfaces 17 to position cut burr. An angular part 19 formed of the regulation surface and a side surface 18 of the groove 15 is set as a cutting edge 14. With this tool 11, deburring work is conducted to the workpiece, while the regulation surface 17 gets in contact with the workpiece along its outline form. The angular part 19 regulates cutting to inside parts of the outline form, thereby only the burr is efficiently cut. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
