PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-channel chip in which a substrate is connected to a cover plate at low temperatures to achieve sufficient junction strength, and in which junction material is stable to sample solution. SOLUTION: This micro-channel chip 10 is composed of a substrate 20 having a reaction passage 21 in the surface, and the cover plate connected to the surface of the substrate, and provided with injection holes 31 and 32 for injection of sample solution, and a takeout hole 33 for reaction solution to be taken out. The substrate 20 and the cover plate 30 are connected to each other through a junction layer 40. The junction layer 40 comprises a layer of fluorine-based resin formed by heat-treating solution mainly including fluorine-based resin, or a layer of metal oxide formed by heat-treating hydrolysis/dehydration condensation product of organic metal compound.
