PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching/detaching operation of a bottom cover 4 and a grip part 3 by easily touching the bottom cover 4 from the outside of a bottom part 18 of the grip part 3, and also to improve the external appearance by hardly showing a male screw part 40 from the outside of the grip part 3 even if the bottom cover 4 is exposed from the grip part 3. SOLUTION: The grip part 3 is detachably inserted around the outer circumference of a core shaft 2 extended from the base mouth part 5 of a blade 1. The male screw part 40 provided in the bottom cover 4 is detachably threaded with a female screw part 16 provided in the bottom part 12 of the core shaft 2. The bottom cover 4 is exposed to the outside of the bottom part 18 of the grip part 3 so as to align adjacent to the side of the end face 25 of the bottom part 18 of the grip part 3.
