METHOD FOR DEMOLDING RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the demolding of a resin molded product having an adhesion effect. SOLUTION: A resin such as an epoxy resin or the like having an adhesion effect is injected into a casting mold 1 open to the atmosphere having the cavity 1a of a resin mold and heated and cured to form the resin molded product 2. A planar vibrator 3 is arranged on the upper surface of the resin molded product 2. An ultrasonic oscillator 4 for outputting a signal for making the vibrator 3 generate sonic waves or ultrasonic vibration is wired. The vibration of the vibrator 3 is directly transmitted only to the molded product 2 but indirectly transmitted also to the casting mold 1 to facilitate the demolding of the molded product 2. The transferability of the molded product 2 from the cavity 1a is also improved by this constitution. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
