Disclosed is a schedule management method using a mobile communication terminal. A corresponding schedule management program is executed in each of the respective mobile communication terminals of a schedule manager and a schedule management target, and a message is automatically transmitted and received between the two terminals, so as to match the two terminal's schedule management-related data to each other, whereby the schedule manager can manage the schedule of the schedule management target easily and conveniently.
