An integrated semiconductor device has a number of generators (G-A, G-B, G-X) for generating specified generator signals, at least one fuse block device (10), a number of fuses (12) for non-volatile storage of the generators' trim (tuning) data, a parallel-series-converter (14) which is in signal-connection with the fuses (12) and with a clock-generator (16) and designed to read the trim-data in parallel from the fuses and to output it at the clock rate via the fuse block trim output (14-Q). Each generator has a trim signal output and a number of storage-flip-flops (24) which connect the trim signal units with the fuse block trim output as a shift-register chain for serial transmission of the trim data to the generators (G-A, G-B, G-X).
