The clamp (1) has two parallel levers (5) forming a fixing sector (6) at the end of the clamp to fix it to the girder (2), and a receiving sector (7) to receive the plate part. The two levers have a common fulcrum (H) between the fixing sector and the receiving sector, about which they can turn relative to each other. There is a connecting device between the two sectors for clamping the plate part.
