The radiator and fan system for a motor vehicle has a fan (24) for the directing of a cooling air flow onto the engine of a motor vehicle and/or onto a radiator (20). The fan is fastened to the radiator, and a coupling (34) is provided between the rotational axis of the fan and the drive axis (30) of the coupling which compensates for a displacement of the fan relative to the fan's drive system. The coupling is in the form of a ball coupling with several ball-type force transmission elements to transmit torque from one driving component to another.
