When the number of trial listening request times is not more than the number of free trial listening times, a trial listening musical piece supply part 35 supplies the requested musical piece by a system that the musical piece cannot be preserved in a user terminal 4. If not, a request notification processing part 34 informs the user of effect that the charge is requested.
