<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the services to customers who placed orders on the formation of photographic prints. <P>SOLUTION: When the customer receiving the photographic prints at a photofinishing store dissatisfies image quality, the customer inputs the information indicating the contents of the dissatisfaction to a terminal installed at the photofinishing store (102 is affirmative), and the countermeasures for eliminating the dissatisfaction are read out (104). If the countermeasures by photographing operation vary by the functions of a camera (106 is affirmative), the adequate countermeasures according to the functions of the camera are discriminated (108 to 114) and thereafter the countermeasures by the photographing operation are displayed as advices (116).
