PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a browser information collecting/distributing method, a program, and a recording medium recording the program, which output contents requiring browser information to a user terminal, even when the user terminal cannot collect the browser information from a information indicating device.

SOLUTION: An information converting server 3 collecting the browser information for each user terminal 2 from an Internet broadcast device 1 is interposed between the Internet broadcast device 1 that is the information indicating device and the user terminal 2. The user terminal 2 requests viewing as ST1-1 through the server 3, thereby enabling viewing in the user terminal 2.
