<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner provided with a component for correcting the distortion of a frame attached thereto. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of fitting parts 47a-47c are formed on an indoor control box 30, and fitting receiving parts 46a-46c for fitting the indoor control box 30 are formed on the frame 23, so as to be the plurality of fitting parts of uniform height, having joint surfaces of horizontal plane. In the mounting parts 47a-47c, for example, the mounting part 47a is formed in such manner that a parallel clearance of the joint surfaces is formed between the mounting part 47a and the fitting part 46a, when the joint surfaces of the mounting part 47b and the fitting part 46b are joined, and the mounting part 47c is formed in such manner that a non-parallel clearance of the joint surfaces is formed between the mounting part 47c and the fitting part 46c.
