<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prospective customer information management method and a prospective customer information management program that efficiently and accurately manage various types of information. <P>SOLUTION: An information providing system 20 transmits a URL including a prospective customer management identifier by email to a user terminal 10 connected to the information providing system 20 via the Internet I. When a prospective customer accesses the URL to display a webpage and request information, the information providing system 20 records an access log. The access log includes an information identifier as a webpage identifier, and a prospective customer belonging identifier. The access log is transmitted to a prospective customer information management system 30. The prospective customer information management system 30 relates, on the basis of the identifiers, the webpage browsed by the prospective customer, the prospective customer, and an organization or the like to which the prospective customer belongs, and executes processing of weighting and hierarchizing such related prospective customers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
