<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a content of a proposal together with an evaluation for the proposal, and to make a proposer confirm easily the evaluation for the own proposal. <P>SOLUTION: Information about the proposal input from each of a plurality of terminals connected to a network is registered in order, the registered information about the proposal is selectively read out to display the content of the proposal on a display part, and the evaluation for the content of the proposal on the display part is input by a manager.
