<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a documents acceptance management system capable of uniformly conducting acceptance processing of an application for opening a security account, regardless a skill level of a person in charge of the work. <P>SOLUTION: An acceptance date, and imperfect information selected from alternatives established in advance are memorized and managed by uniting with a customer identification number. An imperfection attached letter produced on the basis of the memorized information is printed, and caution information memorized in advance is indicated.
