<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle head dummy of a laser beam machine to be fitted in place of a regular nozzle head during the teaching. <P>SOLUTION: A detection element to detect the abutting of a work and a light emitting diode 18 to inform the abutting on the work in response to a detection signal are provided on a case body 10a having a shape corresponding to a nozzle head with a base part thereof fitted to the laser head. A tip side of the case body 10a is formed as a case moving unit 20 so as to constitute the detection element, and the case body 10a attachably/detachably supports the case moving unit by a spring 24. Contact pairs K1-K4 and K1a-K4a are provided on a base end part of the case moving unit 20 and the tip part of the case body 10a, and interference with the work is detected by non-contact with any one of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
