PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trachea stent which makes users feel better in use by facilitating the ejecting action on expectoration with smoother coughing. SOLUTION: The stent for tracheas has a stent body 1 made roughly cylindrical. A clearance part 2 is formed on the side of the stent body 1 at a position corresponding to the posterior wall 5 of the trachea and is so arranged as to face the posterior wall 5 of the trachea. In the stent body 1, the existence of the clearance part 2 in the stent body enables the tracheal muscle 6 to move the posterior wall 5 of the trachea. The formation of a clearance between the spiral wires 10 also enables the ciliary movement in the clearance with the stent dwelled in the trachea, thereby facilitating the removing action on the expectoration with an aid of the ciliary movement.
