<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constructing technique of a conveying vehicle for securing cleanliness of an inside of a housing chamber even when an opening part of the housing chamber for housing baggage or the like is opened to an outside of the chamber, and effectively minimizing an outside dimension of the conveying vehicle itself as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The conveying vehicle 100 is provided with a second housing chamber 30 for housing a product W on a travelling truck 10, and the second housing chamber 30 turns to a side of the travelling truck 10. A fan filter unit (FFU) 40 for supplying cleaned air to the second housing chamber 30 is so structured that an air film by the cleaned air is formed above the second housing chamber 30 and on the opening part 32 of the second housing chamber 30. Thereby, even when the opening part 32 is opened to the outside of the chamber, the cleanliness of the inside of the second housing chamber 30 can be secured, and the outside dimension of the conveying vehicle 100 itself can be minimized as much as possible irrespective of turning movement of the second housing chamber 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
