摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix substrate wherein photolithographic alignment of a terminal pad in a terminal disposing direction can be largely secured and the breakage of an insulating film due to deflection of an insulation substrate generated when a driver for driving a liquid crystal is mounted is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The active matrix substrate 9 is provided with the insulation substrate 1, the insulating film 13 provided on a layer of wiring terminals 2 on the insulation substrate 1 and having contact holes 3 formed to be extended in the terminal disposing direction so as to exposing a plurality of the wiring terminals 2 and a plurality of conductive terminal pads 4 disposed on the layer of the insulating film 13 on the insulation substrate 1 so as to cover a plurality of the respective wiring terminals 2 exposed from contact holes 3 of the insulating film 13.
