PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting means for quickly, accurately and easily mounting a component 1 on a holder 7 in a detachable manner. SOLUTION: The mounting means uses a bayonet joint having two joint portions corresponding to each other for holding the component in mounting on the component a component, particularly, a turbine blade on which one of the joint portions is formed. The other joint portion 12 is formed on an intermediate member 13 detachably held on the holder 7, and when the bayonet joint is closed, the intermediate member 13 and the component 1 are firmly joined to each other with a baffle.
